Shipping policy

We ship every Monday, via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada.  Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us.  

All orders over $100 within Canada receive complimentary shipping. A flat rate of $12 will be applied for all orders under $100 within Canada. For US orders, a flat rate of $15 will be applied. If you wish to order from outside of North America, please send us an email:  shopcoldpizza@gmail.com

If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.
