Shipping & Returns

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

 

Local Pick-up

We offer free local pick-up in Ottawa (we're located in Chinatown). Please send us a message a day in advance of when you'll be picking-up and we'll arrange to set your order out on our porch. 

Shipping

We ship via Canada Post and generally ship within three days of the order being placed. We offer $3 shipping on small sticker orders. Shipping within Canada is free on orders of $100 or more. 

We also offer shipping to the US and most other International destinations. If shipping to your location is not available at check-out, please send us an email at cheese@shopcoldpizza.com and we'll be happy to look into other carriers.

If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.

Canada : 3-5 business days 
USA: 8-10 business days
International: 10-12 business day 

Returns

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please email us within 7 days of receiving order if you'd like to return an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we can only refund the cost of the item returned, not the original shipping cost. Once the item is received we will refund the purchase price as long as the item is still in a re-sellable condition and hasn't been washed or worn.
